GA review (see here for criteria)

  1. It is reasonably well written.
    a (prose): b (MoS):
    • "A two-laned Ninth Line curves northeast after crossing and being crossed by railway tracks and becomes Donald Cousens Parkway", should indicate that these are separate railroad tracks. You should also add the name of the railroads operating the lines.
    • "On the east side is a new residential subdivision, while the west side beyond the Canadian Pacific (CP) Havelock tracks, which the road parallels, is the completely undeveloped Bob Hunter Memorial Park", you flipped the directions as the homes are to the west and the park to the east.
    • The sentence "However, although a short portion between Copper Creek Drive and Highway 407, including the unfinished ramps at the interchange, was opened by 2011,[19] the remainder of the project was delayed by issues involving the new railway crossing along 14th Avenue." sounds confusing and needs to be reworded.
  2. It is factually accurate and verifiable.
a (references): b (citations to reliable sources): c (OR):
Reference 5 is missing a title.
  3. It is broad in its coverage.
    a (major aspects): b (focused):
    • "It passes a Walmart and then interchanges with Highway 407, crossing over the toll route", you should not mention specific store names. You should use a more general term like "businesses". Also you should not use interchange as a verb.
    • Is the "tenth line" supposed to be the straight road parallel to the parkway north of the Highway 7 junction? If so, you need to be consistent with capitalization and the road also does not look "unimproved" to me.
  4. It follows the neutral point of view policy.
    Fair representation without bias:
  5. It is stable.
    No edit wars, etc.:
  6. It is illustrated by images, where possible and appropriate.
a (images are tagged and non-free images have fair use rationales): b (appropriate use with suitable captions):
An image of the road would be nice, but not required.
  7. Overall:
    Pass/Fail:

I will put the article on hold for some fixes to be made. Dough4872 02:21, 17 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

  • Fixes made. I've tried asking two people on flickr for the use of their photographs, but haven't received a response after two weeks. I have photos myself, but alas, they are on my broken hard drive :/ In time. - Floydian τ ¢ 21:25, 17 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
