Sourcing
[edit]This still needs significantly better sources and citations. I have added metadata to most of the the existing citations, but that only helps a little. Independent reliable sources are needed to clearly establish notability. Specific issues include:
- http://www.dominicalldis.com is the subjects own web page. It is therefore not independent and does nothing to establish notability.
- http://www.musicandmanagement.com is the site of subject's own company. It is therefore not independant and does nothing to establish notability.
- The Royal Academy of Music is an organization with which the subject is affiliated, and it may allow individuals to write their own profiles. As such, its value toward notability is at best limited.
- The Hal Leonard Corporation pages are those of a publisher selling the subject's work. They are therefore not independent and do nothing to establish notability.
- "Massarik, Jack, Evening Standard" has no date of publication or page number. There is no way for anyone to find and verify this citation. It is therefore of no value at all, and should be removed if proper supporting information can not be provided soon.
I think this subject is probably notable, but the existing references do not establish it. See the WP:MUSIC, WP:BIO, and WP:GNG guideline pages for more info on how to clearly establish notability, and see WP:REFB and WP:CITE for more on how to cite sources. DES (talk) 16:37, 22 November 2013 (UTC)
