The Brick Awards article by itself is merely a listing of award winners and adds nothing that isn't discussed on this talk page. Furthermore, the Brick Awards were renamed Do Something award anyway, so it makes since that the awards be a subsction on the Do Something page.--RossF18 (talk) 20:10, 4 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Agree - the Brick Awards should be moved under DoSomething.org's entry as part of it's history. Geweiner (talk) 23:27, 9 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I also agree. The Brick Awards page cannot stand alone. Ninabean (talk) 17:20, 15 July 2010 (UTC) heloo[reply]

AD?

[edit]

This is written like a press release from the Do Something people. It is nothing more than an advertisement, and should probably be rewritten to not read like it came from a Do Something press kit. 69.129.190.2 (talk) 23:52, 25 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This post is supported by references from the New York Times, celebrity outlets and VH1's website. Content is accurate according to multiple sources and it references several fortune 500 companies. This is not an ad. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.125.244.197 (talk) 19:54, 21 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Mere accuracy is insufficient to demonstrate it is not an ad. There must also be NPOV and cannot be ad-like language. One easy way to accomplish this is by not allowing the Do Something people to write their own article, if that is what has happened. (128.111.174.70 (talk) 15:54, 23 February 2015 (UTC))[reply]

Global warming

[edit]

"Do something" would be a perfect title for an organisation to mitigate global warming. Since children are the ones who will suffer (many will still be alive in 2100) it makes sense that children are motivated to DO SOMETHING even if adults are failing miserably. A good example of this kind of organisation is Plant for the Planet in Germany. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 188.22.54.243 (talk) 18:14, 4 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The above comment is, at best, using WP as a forum and, at worst, a spam edit of no relevance to Do Something or Wikipedia. (128.111.174.70 (talk) 15:57, 23 February 2015 (UTC))[reply]
