Contested deletion
[edit]This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because... (the Directors Guild of Canada have their own awards and it wasn't being recognized here on wikipedia. I get my information from both IMDB and their website and I'll be sure to cite both those sources when I continue editing. I have been writing pages for awards centered on children's television. I have created pages for the Emmys, the WGAs, the DGAs, the Geminis. Since the Directors Guild of Canada have an award category that recognizes family/children's television, I thought I'd make an easy access point for all the honorees up to this point.
