I fixed the upside down picture and then decided to return it to the upside down version so that it would be clear that the two pictures show the same tying method just upside down. Mindbuilder (talk) 18:17, 4 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I think it should be noted what percentage of rope strength is lost by using this knot. I am not sure where to find that info, but it is valuable for evaluating this knot compared to other loop knots like the figure-8 on a bight or the butterfly knot. I also think the article should more specifically state that when the knot is weighted in the wrong direction that it turns into a slip knot and will fail. Additionally, it would be nice to show some practical uses for the knot. TimIngalls (talk) 04:37, 6 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
