[edit]Do we really need a seperate article for voice recognition in aircraft? This could be merged with Voice User Interface or Speech Recognition. Just because the army coined a seperate term for it doesn't mean it deserves a whole new article. --80.63.213.182 (talk) 20:44, 11 August 2008 (UTC)
- Think it was probably more the Air Force not the Army, but yes tend to agree. Could be moved to within Voice User Interface. But then maybe Voice User Interface and Speech Recognition also need to be rationalised / combined. Martinevans123 (talk) 23:13, 11 August 2008 (UTC)

Direct Voice Input → Direct voice input –
Generic process. Per WP:MOSCAPS ("Wikipedia avoids unnecessary capitalization") and WP:TITLE, this is a generic, common term, not a propriety or commercial term, so the article title should be downcased. Lowercase will match the formatting of related article titles. Tony (talk) 04:48, 15 January 2012 (UTC)
- Support - sounds fair enough to me. I agree that this term looks generic. — Mr. Stradivarius ♫ 20:55, 15 January 2012 (UTC)
