Retired?
[edit]Does anyone know when/if he retired or if he's still working independents? If so that should be added with year if known. In addition given his impressive career I think this article could be greatly expanded. Birdmantd (talk) 20:31, 27 June 2008 (UTC)
Removed Unreferenced Template
[edit]With 35 references, I think the article qualifies as something more than "unreferenced". Still needs expansion in the career section, will be working on that. DoomsDay349 22:37, 16 September 2008 (UTC)
Age Confusion
[edit]I have to go with his being born in 1951 as opposed to 1942. There is some dissension among the references, imdb says 1942, but if you read the Mid-Atlantic Gateway interview, Dick Slater says he began wrestling high school in 1968. Now unless he was in high school at 26, I have to think that 1951 is the correct birth date (1951 would put him at 17 at 1968, which agrees perfectly with his statements). I have to believe that the first person statements of Dick Slater supersede imdb, and since the Online World of Wrestling page backs up Slater's statements, I would consider that the appropriate birth date and reference. Where's The Proof Of The Gunshot
[edit]You must have proof. There was a comment typed about Lex Luger on Wikipedia that was false as well.173.119.215.31 (talk) 22:46, 23 March 2010 (UTC)
