Title

@Laurenkearns98: Hello, and thanks for starting this article. About the title: the article describes the civilians as German nationals, not Latin American nationals. Flapjacktastic thanks for the copyedits. I moved the article to a new title just before I saw your message. Many students "check out" after their assignment is complete, so it is unlikely that Laurenkearns98 will reply. My retitling is very similar to your suggestion, sans the "to the United States".
