Village?
[edit]The word "village" should not be used in this article. The museum refers to it self (at least in Danish) as being " the Danish market town museum". the building is also larger then village buildings, and fishing and farming is not a part of the museum. Minting, governance and early industry is however a part. 217.198.215.136 17:25, 23 October 2007 (UTC)
- I agree. The speciality of this open-air museum is exactly the fact that it is not a village museum but a town museum, and the first of its kind. Unless there are any objections, I will change this throughout the article. --Thathánka Íyotake (talk) 01:39, 12 January 2012 (UTC)
- Someone reverted the change. Would you mind writing here about your ojections to the change so we can solve it like that instead. Thanks in advance! --Thathánka Íyotake (talk) 02:25, 14 January 2012 (UTC)
- Oh my. Now the change is suddenly there again. No problem then, but this must be another example of a "ghost page" or a page suddenly temporarily appearing in an older version. Weird. --Thathánka Íyotake (talk) 02:29, 14 January 2012 (UTC)
City Hall
[edit]"The merchant's mansion from Aarhus is the main parts of a large mansion originally situated in the centre of Aarhus on what is now the place of the city hall."
- City Hall is placed at the site of the former Assistens Cemetery (assistenskirkegaard).
- The merchant's mansion was placed opposit the present City Hall. At contruction well placed outside city boundries.85.83.81.228 (talk) 15:29, 15 August 2008 (UTC)
- Corrected the location. [1] shows the merchant's mansion just to right of the gate, the graveyard is the present city hall square, and the horsemen are training at the dragoon barracks now Ridehuset/Musikhuset.94.145.236.194 (talk) 22:07, 1 April 2010 (UTC)
