Can somebody, Please change this lead infobox image to this one

with caption Padukone launches double issue of Women's Health

This one is clearly better as it clearly more face-centric than current one as it shows face of Subject clearly. Secondly, It is far less promotional than current one. Please, do it soon. 2402:8100:224D:A283:1B08:7AE:6BFD:68F3 (talk) 11:36, 9 May 2021 (UTC)

It's from a BH event, so they have relicensed it with a compatible license and it's been confirmed by a commons admin. That said, it's an old image from 2012, we shouldn't be using an image nearly 10 years old. Ravensfire (talk) 18:30, 9 May 2021 (UTC)

When Farah Khan noticed her in "Naam Hai Tera" music video, she offered her "Om Shanti Om" and not "Happy New Year". "Om Shanti Om" was Deepika Padukone's first film. 182.69.138.195 (talk) 20:42, 6 June 2021 (UTC)

Change Happy New Year to Om Shanti Om

In the section Early life and modelling career it is stated that that Farah Khan offered her Happy New Year(2014). This is factually incorrect because she offered her the movie Om Shanti Om(2007). Here is the correct source 10 interesting facts about Deepika Padukone that every fan should know | Vogue India 13 Years Of Om Shanti Om: Deepika Padukone Gets Nostalgic. She became the first Indian brand ambassador of Louis Vuitton in 2022 and the ninth Indian jury member for the Cannes Film Festival in 2022. She also won the TIME Impact Award in 2022 and made it into the list of “World’s 100 Most Influential People” in 2018 and 2022, making her the first Indian to be awarded by TIME Magazine twice. [1][2][3] Saaki2804 (talk) 10:48, 9 August 2022 (UTC)

I added Cannes, without ninth because well, it is ninth and the source lists eight priors but doesn't say they were limited to eight. Louis Vuitton was already in the article: "In 2020, she became the first Indian actor to campaign for the fashion company Louis Vuitton.". PrisonerB (talk) 10:55, 9 August 2022 (UTC)
I added Times 2022 as well, 2018 was already in the article. Saaki2804 I suggest you open a new request, even below this one in the same section if you want another change, you put the Times 2022 award as I was implementing your request. PrisonerB (talk) 11:10, 9 August 2022 (UTC)

Times Impact Award 2022

She also won the TIME Impact Award in 2022 and made it into the list of “World’s 100 Most Influential People” in 2018 and 2022, making her the first Indian to be awarded by TIME Magazine twice. [4]

Saaki2804 (talk) 11:12, 9 August 2022 (UTC)

Added body and lede. I didn't added the first Indian to be awarded twice because I think that's of lesser significance than being named on the lists. PrisonerB (talk) 11:43, 9 August 2022 (UTC)

DP’s Amrita Cameo in Brahmastra + Cameo dance in Cirkus

Anyone looking Brahmastra in HD on Hotstar can obviously find Deepika’s clear face as Amrita holding baby Shiva.

Should we write it as an Uncredited cameo role in her detailed career section? She is expected to follow her full fledged Amrita role in Part 2 Dev - that can also be written in upcoming projects.

Current Laga Re was her dance cameo in Rohit Shetty’s Cirkus which we missed out. DarpSinghh (talk) 19:08, 29 January 2023 (UTC)

They are in her filmography page, where cameos belong. Krimuk2.0 (talk) 19:09, 29 January 2023 (UTC)

Noted, but since her Amrita role holds significance in Brahmastra Part 2 Dev, we can mention it in her upcoming projects as it's not a cameo then. DarpSinghh (talk) 19:23, 29 January 2023 (UTC)

Yes we will, when she begins filming for part 2, per WP:CRYSTAL. Krimuk2.0 (talk) 19:32, 29 January 2023 (UTC)

Education

@Krimuk2.0: Can I know why is her education in IGNOU considered non notable? When the article has already referenced it? Here are some additional sources for your claim, [1] [2] [3] [4]. There are tons available from different publications on the internet. Rejoy2003(talk) 09:25, 27 July 2023 (UTC)

She didn't even graduate. Why do you think it belongs in the infobox, when Template:Infobox person says that "it is usually not relevant to include [education or alma-mater] for non-graduates"? Krimuk2.0 (talk) 12:11, 27 July 2023 (UTC)
Per Bill Gates. The template also stresses on this statement, "article talk page consensus may conclude otherwise". As incase it did with Gates', nevertheless I don't see much opinion about Padukone for now. Rejoy2003(talk) 13:58, 27 July 2023 (UTC)
Yea, so where's the consensus? Krimuk2.0 (talk) 18:37, 27 July 2023 (UTC)

Written like a resume

This part at the beginning of the article—"Padukone is the founder of The Live Love Laugh Foundation, which creates awareness on mental health in India. Vocal about issues such as feminism and depression, she also participates in stage shows, has written columns for a newspaper, designed her own line of clothing for women, and is a prominent celebrity endorser for brands and products. Her other ventures include startup investments and a self-care brand."—reads like a resume and does not reference any specific ventures.
