Is Debra White Plume's husband Alex White Plume the same as Alex White Plume, the former president of the Oglala Sioux Tribe? The name is the same, and both the obit and Pres. White Plume's page describe a DEA raid on a hemp farm, but the obit doesn't mention her husband as the former president of the tribe, which seems a big oversight, and Pres. White Plume's page says he married a German woman and I can't find any info about Pres. White Plume having married a tribe member named Debra.

I believe so, on his Facebook page (same name with the same birthdate) he's tagged in multiple obituary posts. His page isn't sourced for his supposed wedding to a German lady. Also this podcast interviewing his presidency and marriage to her. Here it mentions their marriage and that he grows hemp. oncamera (talk page)05:18, 29 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
