Contested deletion

This page should not be speedily deleted because... This is a known Rivalry in the Pioneer Football League. The league would not exist if not for the Dayton-Drake rivalry. They were the schools who proposed the league. I included a drake article confirming it as a rivalry.

But is there any indication that this is a notable rivalry? There is no independent referencing at all, let alone significant coverage, and this article was deleted via a consensus decision that this rivalry does not meet Wikipedia's notability standards.
