@Another Believer: It seems to me that the notability of the building itself apart from the two tenants is marginal at best, at least until it is actually listed on the NRHP. At this point it's only a nomination under consideration. I'd guesstimate actual listing to be about 6 months away, assuming no major changes are made to the nomination along the line. When it is actually listed, a standalone article for the building is possibly warranted. But I'm left wondering how much there will be to say that's not already in the scope of the two existing articles, especially since the NRHP nomination itself focuses almost entirely on the Darcelle XV Showplace.
It's a tough question, but if it were up to me I don't think I'd do a standalone article. I'd probably build out the Showplace article as is, and then after NRHP listing include a section discussing the larger building. — Ipoellet (talk) 18:17, 23 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
