Tabla

Importance
[edit]Danny Meyer is arguably the pre-eminent NYC restauranteur, and as such, deserves a page. 700+ hits alone on Google with +"Danny Meyer" +restauranteur.--Diogenes00 01:33, 8 June 2006 (UTC) (forgot to sign earlier)
I agree with Diogenes00. As a (somewhat unscientific) test, I instantly recognized the name and thought "oh, the guy who runs the Shake Shack." So I'd say he's pretty well-known. Or, to use another unscientific test, he's appeared in the New York Times more than once. I'll watch to see if others disagree, but unless someone objects, I'm going to de-flag this article. --TheOtherBob 02:53, 21 October 2006 (UTC)
He has started to implement no tipping at the USHG restaurants, which is a pretty big shift from the standard industry practice http://ny.eater.com/2015/10/14/9517747/danny-meyer-no-tipping-restaurants Chrisstreeter (talk) 18:17, 16 October 2015 (UTC)
