You mention throughout the article that there is potential for genetic information to be exposed or otherwise disseminated against someone's desire but what are the implications of this and how frequently is this information used against someone? You provide the one example of African Americans being discriminated against in the 70s but are there any other more recent examples? I think that could be an interesting thing to discuss in the article. Another potential thing to consider would be discussing what kind of knowledge or skills are required to actually "read" DNA. Other than that, I think you provide really great insight in section. I don't know if you plan to expand the "Australia" section of "Biobanks" but it seems like there just isn't much to be said on the topic as of now. If any other information is available on the progress of new legislation, etc. that could be col to add.

I enjoy how evenly you spaced out your information, it is a daunting topic but you cut up your sections and it helps your reader access everything easier. I think you can expand your “Secure genome-wide association studies” section with another sentence, I was a little confused after your second to last sentence. Adding more law cases I think would improve the article if possible, I think bringing in law cases would tie in your article really nicely. I like how you took added yourself into categories, btw. Getting your page to different places in Wikipedia is important! Overall, it goes without saying that you put a lot of handwork into this page. I appreciate how interested you are in this subject and it shows that you want your audience to understand what you are saying. Xkwhvzde (talk) 13:01, 1 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
