Most of it was built after the nationalisation of the Prussian railways, so it was built by the Prussian government, the rail activities of which are sometimes described as the Prussian state railways although it had no central organisation. More precisely it would have been built by the Eisenbahndirektionen Cöln rechtsrheinisch (Railway division of the Cologne Right Bank).--Grahame (talk) 03:07, 27 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
