Management
Details of managers taken from article awaiting reference sources -
Manager Mark Hanau was succeeded by Clifford Davis, and in their final incarnation, the band was managed by Miles Copeland, brother of drummer Stewart. RGCorris (talk) 17:02, 29 May 2008 (UTC)
Ian Eyre
The history section says:
- Ian Eyre (born 11 September, in Knaresborough, Yorkshire) played bass on the second album
But which year? A reference is perhaps needed, too. --HelgeStenstrom (talk) 08:12, 15 November 2010 (UTC)
- Only one Ian Eyre was born in the Claro registration district, which includes Knaresborough, in the right time period - Ian P., born 1951 - so presumably this is him. RGCorris (talk) 11:57, 15 November 2010 (UTC)
Orange?
On the Masters From the Vault DVD, Darryl Way mentions that the music store where he first had his violin modified for electric amplification, and where he and Francis Monkman met, was called "Orange". Is this "Orange", by any chance, the Orange Music Electronic Company? The WP article says that they produce amps, are based in the UK, and were founded before Way and Monkman's fateful meeting. If it is indeed the same place I'd like to wikilink it in this article.--Martin IIIa (talk) 01:11, 16 July 2011 (UTC)
Okay. Re-watching an interview with Sonja Kristina, I noticed she mentions that the first incarnation of Curved Air had a deal with "Orange" to provide their amplifiers. Could be coincidence, but the evidence seems pretty strong that "Orange" is indeed the Orange Music Electronic Company, and no one has said anything to the contrary, so I'm going to go ahead and put it in the article.--Martin IIIa (talk) 23:54, 25 July 2011 (UTC)
Help!
I've introduced an unwanted indent, starting at 'This division was reflected in the arrangement of tracks...' Could someone fix this? Many thanks. Notreallydavid (talk) 06:27, 19 September 2014 (UTC)
- Fixed. A valid terminating blockquote tag was missing. --Mirokado (talk) 07:19, 19 September 2014 (UTC)
Unclear sentence
'Eyre's vegetarian, yogic lifestyle was compromised by overwork,'spiked' food and prescribed Valium to balance sleep, management and control freaks.'
'Spiked'?
'[T]o balance sleep, management and control freaks' ???? (+ 'control freaks' not encyclopaedic in tone)
