Proposed merge with The KHQ Television Group

I am proposing a merge of The KHQ Television Group to this article's Television section. The reason why is that the KHQ article is a stub, and shares similar information with the section. And why the heck is there a separate article for KHQ stations when the entire Cowles stations are listed here? (When the merger is complete, we will need to make a chart for the stations.)
