- The proposed changes for Concentrix's Wikipedia page regard the first paragraph from the "History and acquisition" section : Concentrix was founded in 1969, its heritage can be traced back to 1973 to its insurance administration business solutions and services which were acquired in 2013 by Concentrix from IBM. Concentrix has grown through multiple acquisitions, bringing on board eight companies since 2006. Two of the acquisitions that are especially notable include the IBM Worldwide Customer Care Services Business (known as IBM Daksh) and the Minacs Group Pte.
- The paragraph contains grammar and wording errors. The proposed edit reads: Concentrix was founded in 1969, with its roots tracing back to 1973 through its insurance administration business solutions and services, acquired by Concentrix from IBM in 2013. Among the most notable of these acquisitions are IBM's Worldwide Customer Care Services Business (formerly IBM Daksh) and the Minacs Group Pte.
