It seems like sticky headers, as described at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help:Table#Scrolling_and_sticky_headers , could be used to make the table slightly less cumbersome. As it is, the table is both too long and too tall to be easily readable in any useful way. It is very easy to find oneself looking at a bunch of columns and rows with no headers for either, just a forest of check-marks, X's, etc. with no apparent meaning. It seems like making the "Program" column (Adobe Connect, alfaview, etc.) sticky would at least make some of the table usable all the time. But the section of the Help page I linked to seems to only mention sticky headers for vertically scrolling tables, not horizontally scrolling ones.
