Ano po pa ba ang bisa ng residence certificate kung kahit saan nakakakuha ka.at bakit required bawat transaction sa gobyerno gusto nila yung cedula mo eh doon nanggaling paano kung sa ibang tirahan mo at doon mulang paparegister like cars ewan kuba tanggalin nalang yang cedula.wala naman talagang bisa. sa bank nga hindi valid yung cedula na tinatawag. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 195.229.237.36 (talk) 16:02, 8 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
