The name of the city is simply Comendador
[edit]The law states that the city is named just Comendador; Comendador de Lares is the name of an historic person and the city was named after him but without Lares. I do not make the needed changes because there are too many errors. So pleas, go back to the original version. Pepemar2 (talk) 17:23, 5 October 2008 (UTC)
Population figures
[edit]The last Dominican census was in 2002 and these are the official population figures for the country and de communities. If you are going to put an estimate for another year from a reliable source, please put the reference. MRDU08 (talk · contribs) tends to put imaginary figures, even for small islands that are not inhabited. And the flag in the template is under serious doubts so take the flag out or do not use the template. --Jmarcano (talk) 00:22, 22 April 2009 (UTC)
