This article is confusing

It shouldn't take a reader extra time to figure out what the writer is saying. This needs to be written more clearly. Define what a STOL is. Say why the airport was built in the first place. Identify what kind of traffic between it and Metro Houston (car? airplane? why was it needed?) Oona Wikiwalker (talk) 17:00, 1 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
