Contested deletion
[edit]This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because Clean Edge is a research and advisory firm that has consulted to a wide range of clients including Autodesk, Business Oregon, the City of San Francisco, Climate Solutions, Deloitte, The Energy Foundation, E2, Global Environment Fund, Green America, Japan External Trade Organization, MassCEC, MiaSolé, Oxfam, Portland Development Commission, Qualcomm, Rockefeller, Sharp, Solaicx, and Solaria (just to name a few).
Clean Edge is also recognized as one of the first firms to focus on cleantech - in fact many/most consider Clean Edge to be literally the very first consulting firm to focus on cleantech. Further, while there is some debate about who exactly coined the term first, Clean Edge co-founder, Ron Pernick is also frequently consider to have originated the term cleantech. I'm happy to explain more if you need...
