Bridge over the Atlantic

[edit]

Why does "Bridge over the Atlantic" redirect to this page? 138.227.189.10 (talk) 09:02, 29 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

It is an alternative name by which the bridge is probably much better known. Ben MacDuiTalk/Walk 20:20, 29 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Why is it called that? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Bayowolf (talkcontribs) 13:52, 12 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Assuming you mean "Bridge over the Atlantic", as it says in the article the bridge links the west coast of the Scottish mainland with the island of Seil and thus the tidal salt waters it spans are an arm of the Atlantic Ocean - albeit a small one. Ben MacDui 14:08, 12 October 2014 (UTC).[reply]
