Hello @John P. Sadowski (NIOSH):, I notice that the supplied QPQ has been deleted. Do you have any idea why or could you elaborate what was on the review? I figure we can assume good faith that a review was done? I plan on doing a full review later today or tomorrow. Cheers. Flibirigit (talk) 15:48, 31 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Overall: Overall, the article is in good condition, and I have only one minor question. The article is new enought since it was created from a disambiguation page on December 18 and nominated for DYK the next day. Length is adequate. Article meets all sourcing requirements. Article is neutral in tone. No plagiarism issues detected. Both images used in the article are properly licensed on the Commons. The nominated image is clear at a low resolution, used in the article, and enhances the hook. QPQ requirement has been completed. The hook is interesting and clever. My only concern here is that article specifically states "Department of War" whereas the first part of the hook says "the military". While these are related, I can foresee readers not equating an office to the actual armed service. Is there a more similar wording that could be used? ALT1 is approved as interesting, mentioned in the article, and verified by the sources provided. The article adheres to all other DYK criteia. Flibirigit (talk) 00:43, 1 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
