Monument to Sir John Newton

Not sure why this article says only the effigy of Sir John Newton remains on his monument, and the canopy is lost. I visited the Church of St. Laurence in August 2016, and the canopy was there. Blahrfengar (talk) 20:46, 24 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
