Use the gulf stream , to generate electricity without fuel equals zero pollution

By mounting empty oil rigs in the gulf stream. and mounting 20 6 gigabit modified generators on each one. they will be driven by props not diesel engines. They can be mounted within 12 miles on the continental shelf. that will keep them on U S soil.The current of the gulf is 5.6 mph from FL to NC. 1 trillion gallons of water pass every second. If more speed is needed a transmission can be installed. the top of the rig will be 100 ft, under water. The units will never freeze, because they are in salt water.
