Changed names...
The page name should be changed to "Rakudai Kishi no Eiyuutan".--Dbzsotrum9 (talk) 06:34, 20 September 2014 (UTC)
Eiyuutan
"Rakudai Kishi no Eiyuutan" does appear to be in use, such as in the wikia project.
Kanji appears to have 3 aspects.
- 落第騎士の is first "Rakudai kishi no"
- 英雄譚 is second "Eiyūtan"
- キャバルリィ is overtop second "Kyabaruryi", no meaning, pure pronunciation reflecting an English word
It appears that the second bullet is probably more prominent than the third. We can see this in some other titles like Vampire Princess Miyu:
- 吸血姫 is first, "Kyūketsu hime"
- ヴァンパイア is overtop first, "Vu~anpaia"
- 美夕 is following "Miyu"
First/second compete here. If you opt for 1+3 it is "Kyuketsu Hime (Vampire Princess) Miyu" whereas 2+3 is "Vampire Miyu" (no princess). Since we go with 'princess' in VPM it shows a preference to go with the katakana on the bottom rather than the kanji written on top.
Both could be reflected via rose though so I'll do that. Ranze (talk) 05:15, 2 November 2015 (UTC)
- Unfortunately, the official Japanese materials do not use the "Eiyuutan" romanization and no reliable source can confirm the "Eiyuutan" usage. Lord Sjones23 (talk - contributions) 18:00, 4 November 2015 (UTC)

Discussion
- Editors should try to combine the character sections as the minor characters here are excessive. - Knowledgekid87 (talk) 17:21, 9 February 2017 (UTC)
- The character list should be limited to the 9 characters from the visual novel website, done dictionary definition style, and could be expanded to the 11-15 as listed in the anime website. The rest are minor characters and do not need to be listed. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 17:25, 10 February 2017 (UTC)
- We might create a possible character list if we can get enough material for reception and production history. Lord Sjones23 (talk - contributions) 06:52, 16 February 2017 (UTC)
- I've added back some of the characters as listed on the light novel main characters list as well as the anime main characters list (characters, cast/staff) AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 17:59, 7 August 2017 (UTC)
- Is it possible to create a separate "List of characters"-article? I could probably do it, though I wouldn't mind if someone else did it, as I'm not especially familiar with how to do everything. What do you say? Alterdream (talk) 16:31, 8 August 2017 (UTC)
- At around 15 characters, it's okay to keep it in the main article. But it could use some more referencing to the light novels. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 15:02, 14 August 2017 (UTC)
Things to do
- Look into creation/development references.
- Try to expand the print/anime sections.
- Add more reviews from other independent sources.
- Fix up the characters (see above).
- Fix up article issues (clarify/not in reference/needs citation tags).

Episode Reviews
The ANN review page has links to the individual episode reviews by Rebecca Silverman which we can use as a source. Any thoughts about this? Lord Sjones23 (talk - contributions) 06:31, 16 February 2017 (UTC)
- Try to look for other review sites other than ANN as we have six reviewers commenting from there. I also do not see the sales figures as that notable, they might fall under excessive statistics. If these numbers were in the top 10 or on the NYT best sellers list then yeah it would be worth mentioning. - Knowledgekid87 (talk) 14:37, 16 February 2017 (UTC)
- Looking for other reviews are exactly what I've been doing (such as Kotaku). One of my key points in the discussions that I thought the Japanese websites for sales and reviews would work for the reception statistics since it is a Japanese light novel after all. As an example, the reception section for The Irregular at Magic High School adds the statistics in addition to the reviews. Lord Sjones23 (talk - contributions) 16:47, 16 February 2017 (UTC)
