[edit]Yeah, I changed the line saying that the Chicago hardcore scene developed in gay bars to one detailing how it developed in local venues and bars. Saying that hardcore punk developed in gay bars is not only completely inaccurate, but a clear sign that this article was written with little/no connection to the Chicago hardcore scene, then or now.
- It was Chicago PUNK that developed in gay bars. -- Pete Best Beatles (talk) 03:55, 22 May 2022 (UTC)

[edit]I removed a whole swath of spam and replaced it with Template:DMOZ. The path that I linked to isn't the best, but it's preferable to the spam. If other editors can find a more appropriate path at DMOZ or want to suggest links to add with them, by all means do so. Cheers! Wyatt Riot (talk) 17:16, 5 February 2011 (UTC)
