I replaced the notability tag with the references tag--the author asserts that the model has appeared in ad campaigns for many notable brands, has worked with several notable photographers, and is employed at a notable modeling agency. Calliopejen 18:06, 13 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Title of Page

[edit]

Is there a reason why this page is NOT titled "Charlotte Kemp Muhl" (after all, that is her name) ? Itiskenz (talk) 23:54, 3 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

How does she pronounce her last name?

[edit]

I can imagine at least three pronunciations (mull, myool, mool) - or maybe they use a German pronunciation, as if the u still had an umlaut? It would be useful and reassuring to know how she pronounces it. Wiktionary doesn't help with this one. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 174.63.45.135 (talk) 02:02, 1 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

It seems fashionable to hide German ancestry these days. Kemp as well as Mühl are both German family names. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2003:C0:DF2E:1400:7357:EC1F:72C8:49CF (talk) 23:02, 10 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Vandalism from racist trolls

[edit]

I removed the category Category:Anti-Korean sentiment from this page because there wasn't anything about it. I then Googled the issue to see why it had been added, and found an Instagram post from her which makes it clear that she and Sean Ono Lennon been hit with some kind of targeted racist harassment campaign over her wearing a T-shirt from the band the Clash that allegedly resembles Japanese imagery from decades ago. She even said that she loves Korea in her Instagram post addressing this unfounded allegation and she's still getting bombarded with racist harassment from trolls in Korean language.
