Article has woeful citations
[edit]This article is poorly referenced. At the time I write this, the article revision has no reliable citations available on the web. The IMDB is not a reliable citation. The HFPA search engine is original research. Offline articles can't be verified. As it stands, there is absolutely nothing here that verifies the subject's notability.--Lester 00:19, 23 September 2010 (UTC)
- Please familiarize yourself with Wikipedia conventions. There's no requirement that citations in Wikipedia articles need to be accessible online. Your statement "Offline articles can't be verified" is incorrect, since any of the Billboard citations, for example, can be verified by looking at the actual Billboard print issues. "Charlie Midnight"
[edit]Various editors (or perhaps one using different names) have removed the fact that (whatever his legal name may now be) Midnight's birth name was Kaufman. Is this something that I should ignore, or should I continue to re-insert the (supported by citation) fact? Hopefully this doesn't come off as combative -- I'm legitimately curious about this. -Dewelar (talk) 23:57, 22 November 2018 (UTC)
