Declined speedy

@Nyttend:, I've found just enough to where he'd probably squeak by speedy standards. He had an Allmusic review for one of his CDs and I found a mention of him in a Routledge book. I'm not familiar with Cambridge Scholars Publishing, so I'm not sure if it'd be usable as a RS or not. I know that sometimes publisher names can be deceiving. He's had some mentions in places like this, this, and this, though. It's enough via a search to where I figure AfD would be the best outlet for this since there's just enough to where it could possibly be contested.
