Infobox and lead

[edit]
  • Replace hlist with bullet points per Template:Infobox song
  • Link to the lyric video in the infobox instead of external links; take "All Mine" for example
  • "on 2 February 2018 through" → "on 2 February 2018, through"
  • The writing/production sentence should come before the release one
  • Are you sure protagonist is an appropriate term for the lead when it is not used in the body at the point of the lyrics being mentioned?
  • Mention that the chart is in Sweden
  • "Sony Music promoted the single with an" → "For promotion, Sony Music released an"
  • Wikilink lyric video to itself per MOS:LINK2SECT
  • "promoted the song with live performances." → "promoted the song with a live performance on Like a Version." with the wikilink, as only relevant performance(s) should be mentioned in the lead
  • Remove Swedish singer introduction to Grant because that being solely in the body is sufficent
  • "of "Changed My Mind" on 23 November 2018." → "of the song on the tour's beginning date."

Background and release

[edit]
  • Remove comma after third studio album
  • "writing and producing the songs." → "working on the songs." per the source not mentioning both writing and production
  • "Loelv managed production and" → "Loelv managed both production and"
  • "on 2 February 2018 through" → "on 2 February 2018, through"
  • Only the pair of dice is sourced as being featured on the artwork
  • [7][8] are not in the corresponding order with the info

Composition and lyrics

[edit]
  • Pipe distorted to Distortion (music) and wikilink vocoder on the audio sample text
  • [9] is redundant on the text when it does not back up any of the info
  • "is a three-minute and five-second" → "is a three-minutes and five-seconds"
  • Pipe drums to Drum kit
  • Remove overly obvious wikilink on guitar per WP:OVERLINK
  • Mention keyboards in the instrumentation sentence per The Guardian ref
  • "characterized its production as" → "characterized the production as"
  • "are at times distorted with" → "are distorted on the bridge with" with the pipes
  • After the above, mention the change in octaves on the pre-chorus per The Guardian, using the "while" connective
  • "and Bruner viewed it as a" → "and Bruner viewed the song as a"
  • Pipe chorus to Refrain
  • "and "I wasn't really" → "and, "I wasn't really"
  • "she elaborated that "My idea" → "she elaborated: "My idea"
  • "she explained that" → "Stryke explained that"
  • "the line "I changed my mind".[10] As the song progresses," → "the line "I changed my mind" and as it progresses," since these sentences are short enough to be merged
  • "She said, "At that point" → "The singer said that "at that point" per this not being a full sentence
  • "best decision ever."" → "best decision ever"." per MOS:QUOTE

Reception

[edit]
  • This section should be organized by thematic element(s), i.e. what was praised
  • Mention what the Time magazine writer actually praised about the song
  • "Graeme Virtue regarded it" → "Graeme Virtue regarded the song"
  • "and stated that "Playful" → "and stated, "Playful"
  • Pipe sci-fi to Science fiction
  • "concluding that "With any" → "concluding: "With any"
  • Pipe filler to Filler (music) per MOS:LINK2SECT
  • "and remained on the ranking" → "and lasted on the chart" to be more specific

Promotion and cover version

[edit]
  • "an accompanying lyric video for" → "a lyric video for" with the wikilink per MOS:LINK2SECT
  • "on the set list while touring for Sway" → "on her set list when touring for Sway"
  • "on 23 November 2018 through" → "on 23 November 2018, through"

Credits and personnel

[edit]
  • Use {{spaced ndash}} so there is the right space between credits and personnel

Charts

[edit]
  • Good

References

[edit]
  • Copyvio score looks really good at 28.1%!!!
  • Shouldn't refs 5 and 25 have various Apple Music citations since you are using them to back up the release without mentioning a country?
  • Fix MOS:QWQ issues with ref 15
  • Add url-access limited to ref 17
  • Cite Vevo as publisher instead on ref 22 with the wikilink
  • MOS:CAPS issues with refs 25 and 26, or is that just how Grant is stylized?
  • Add url-access subscription to ref 27
[edit]
  • Remove the lyric video from here

Final comments and verdict

@Kyle Peake: Thanks for the review! Just letting you know that I've started addressing your comments. Should be done in a day or two :) Pancake (talk) 14:11, 26 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
PancakeMistake That was good at the time but any further updates on this? --K. Peake 07:33, 2 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Kyle Peake: Thank you for your patience. I've been really busy with work this last month. Let me know if I've missed any of your comments. I re-arranged the reviews a bit for better flow. Do you have any suggestions on how to organize it better? Pancake (talk) 16:00, 23 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
PancakeMistake This mostly looks good, though there are still a few issues left unfixed. [9] should not be on the audio sample text, the three-minute and five-second part needs to be altered, a comma is required before through in promotion and cover version, url-access limited and subscription both need to be added to the appropriate refs. --K. Peake 07:31, 24 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Kyle Peake: I think I got it all now :) Pancake (talk) 15:53, 24 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
