Hello! I come from Pikmin-related stuff and have worked to expand the article. But, I might be wrong on a few things, as I have basically no knowledge about plants and the like, so some sources may be bad, or I might just not understand what they are saying. So please, feel free to correct any errors or message me on my talk page. DecafPotato (talk) 01:26, 21 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there, I just tweaked what I assume was probably a portion of your contributions here. Specifically clarifying the status of what this plant is to avoid further confusion. There's apparently been a lot of misinformation that was hyped over the years, and while it sounds cool, the real story is a bit less fun. It's still a clever marketing stunt though! Hi Taliseth! You must have done a lot of research on this flower? Have you found any kind of way for someone to get ahold of some pikmin flower seeds? I can’t find anything anywhere! DK1212 (talk) 17:46, 9 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Hi there, well there's not a huge amount of research involved, but it's more a case of just knowing the odds and ends of horticulture. It was pretty easy to find the necessary information once you know what to distrust. Anyway, if you are looking for seeds, I think the Cabana cultivar series is not sold very often so you might have difficulty. However you can still buy normal Bacopa itself quite widely, and there's not much difference. It would still do just fine and the flower is the same. Sutera diffusus

[edit]

This name isn't in IPNI, POWO or BHL, but has some horticultural currency, including the RHS database. Grammatically it ought to be Sutera diffusa. I suspect this is a horticultural name, and not validly published botanically. Lavateraguy (talk) 20:05, 6 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
