The old photo was deleted as a copyvio or something, and I took a few pictures to replace it with. Unfortunately, the one currently on the article (Qwest Tower Sioux Falls 2.jpg) is a bit dark, and the other one I took (Qwest Tower Sioux Falls 1.jpg), while having better lighting, is a few blocks away and thus has the building's height somewhat obscured. In other words, neither one is perfect. If someone wants to switch the current photo to the one that is further away, or wants to take and upload their own close-up one with better lighting, feel free to.
