Warren is near Cleveland; apparently, in an interview with the Ocala Star-Banner, Bach gave her birthplace as "Cleveland". Every other source I can find (TV.com, IMDB, etc.) says Warren, though. I'm keeping it as Cleveland for now, since your cite is primary (whereas mine are secondary sources), but I suspect there are primary sources to be found that confirm Warren as her birthplace. The infobox to the right lists a birth year of 1957. However the first sentence of the article lists a birth year of 1954. IMDB.com also lists 1954 as her birth year.
As much as I wouldn't trust the validity of birth dates here on Wikipedia as being airtight (they would if they came from verifiable sources like official birth record indexes), I also can't trust IMDb anymore for the same reason.
