The opening paragraph of the article states that the Tower is the oldest building in the city. That can't be true; the Tower was built starting in 1812 and the city is considerably older than that. Was a qualifier intended in that sentence? I do not feel qualified to edit the article myself. Vectorizer (talk) 21:07, 9 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
