Inline references somebody, please?

Except for Lindman's standard botanical author abbreviation, the material in this article is not secured by source citations (references). There is information in Swedish at the Runeberg Project (see the External links in the article), but it seems not to include his early life, and my understanding of Swedish is no better than inspired guesswork. There is also a smidgeon in English at the Biodiversity Heritage Library (follow the BHL link from the IPNI reference). Could someone please provide the requisite inline references?
