 - Suleiman is no longer president
 - Lebanon no longer advocates the death sentence
 - Neglects mention of sexual offenders (rapists and others)
 - Neglects local customs, including Maronite and Shiite traditions:
        - Execution in Tabarja held by Maronite locals
        - Others
 - Neglects mention of chaotic Lebanese prison situation (Roumieh has no real guards, mention how execution is no longer officially carried out)
