Churches

[edit]

Does anyone know the ages of the churches? Currently: "very old Anglican church" and "Baptist church ... quite new". Rich (talk) 20:24, 11 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I found the age of St Mary's. I don't think the ages of the other two churches are as important so I've left those out. Brammers (talk) 21:33, 10 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Reassessed to Start-class

[edit]

I have reassessed this article to start-class. It's not too far from a C-class page, but could be developed further. Examples of articles about British villages that are of high quality include Wormshill, Hale Barns and Neilston, which may provide inspiration. The guideline WP:UKTOWNS may be of assistance too, as might St. Mary#s19 this and anything in this lot. Hope that helps, and good luck :) --Jza84 |  Talk  23:54, 10 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Reassessed to C-class

[edit]

After adding some fairly generic sections on demography and economy which are mostly made up of statistics, I've reassessed the article to C-class. It might be worth merging the Shopping and health into the economy section. The economy and demography section make useful templates for other settlement articles, all you have to do to re-use them is download the Excel files used as sources and change the stats where appropriate.
