iUniverse source
[edit]As I published updates to this article, Wikipedia popped up a note of concern about a source from iUniverse, a self-publishing house. On page 449 of her book under "About the Author," Kienholz self-discloses that she "supplied part-time secretarial and ghost-writing services for forty-two years to Albert F. Canwell's American Intelligence Service."[1]
