Overall: @Mburgon and BorgQueen: So some things. First, the hook isn't stated in the body and I'm also not sure if the part of it being used to relieve pressure both inside or behind the eye (though that's likely because I'm not knowledgeable in medical related topics). Though for citation problems, I can't find where citation 9 states that it's " often used as a last resort.
