Conrad Black
[edit]Should Conrad Black really be on this list? He was a Canadian and is a peer, but he has never been a Canadian peer because (as the article explains) he renounced his citizenship to receive his peerage. So he's really a Canadian-born British peer.
Quite likely the same issue applies to other people named on this page after the Nickle Resolution was adopted. --Saforrest (talk) 20:35, 10 November 2016 (UTC)

Rename to "Nobility in Canada"
[edit]I think that because not all persons listed on this website are Peers or Baronets and some hold German, Hungarian or Russian titles, we should rename this page to "Nobility in Canada". Also, we should include Hereditary Chiefs of First Nations, the only title that is still actively recognized and can be granted by the Canadian government.
