Really minor style question

[edit]

Hey, Cg, noticed the nice edits to this article. One comment, do with it as you will. "Formal recognition of Australian Stock Horses as a distinct breed ..." Sounds really like a clash of gears where it's at. I know the point you are after is that it's the most popular breed for the sport, etc., but it feels out of place in the middle of the history section, and comes across as if we put in something about the formation of the American Quarter Horse Association in the reining or cutting article -- Perhaps, rather than mixing it in with the history of the sport section, maybe create a new section titled something like "The Campdrafting Horse" and describe characteristics of a good horse, with a note that most common breed is the ASH, which was recognized as a distinct breed...etc... As a comparison, note Reining#The_horse as an example. I didn't want to go in and edit the article myself on this, just thought I'd bring it to your attention and you can do as you see fit. Good luck! Montanabw(talk) 23:55, 9 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Please feel free to edit. I will add a little on the EI effect later.Cgoodwin (talk) 06:23, 11 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
