Found article helpful for working with international students, and in translation

I was not familiar with a C2 certification (or the system in general). For What It's Worth (FWIW), I found the article thorough and helpful. I am an academic, and work a lot with international students. This article seems organized and has a good level of detail for administrators, professors, people being asked to write letters in support of visa applications (where some statement about language proficiency is a required element), and people or teams working on translations.

I would be supportive of upgrading the article from "start" class. My suggestion would be to add more about other options (the competitive landscape), or links to federal sources (e.g., any information about language proficiency from the US Department of State, or World Health Organization). cambridge exams

beyond the fact that these exams are right on and test english in a good way .one still asks why are they used outside england.inmany countries tthere is a locally made english test for kids adults business university.. locally made and locally examined.. the examiners are locals. these countries used to depend on brits or americans to tell them their levels. but nowadays the next generation is ready.. kids were taught by brits who now in turn teach other kids. they creat the test and mark it.. they listen when csndidates do the speaking..many english language schools in contries had brit or usa teachers 20 yrs ago but now they employ locals eho went to those very schools then to england to university to study teaching math science geography.. it means a country has arrived as truly bilingual.. when i see cambridge exams in spain i see problems..after so may years why hasnt spain produced its own crop of english speakers ..why still not yet trust their own.im noth ere to hurt cambridge exams..people earn money here i know. i infact teach math in madrid and murcia in a british school.but i ask why am i here.. why not use a guy ho i taught english to 10 yrs ago.. cant he do this job.. we tell parents who paya fortune that their kids english will be indistinguishable from mine after .. so ehy not employ that kid 88.21.21.160 (talk) 08:47, 8 October 2022 (UTC)
