Note: this represents where the article stands relative to the Good Article criteria. Criteria marked are unassessed
  • We don't need to repeat Miguel's full name again after first instance
  • Do not use small text in infobox per MOS:SMALL
  • the "rumors circulated online" can be safely removed because they are premature information anyway; remove this bit in the lead also
  • "with additional recordings done at Ocean Way Recording and Westlake Recording Studios, the mixing was completed at Record Plant studio as well" change the comma to the semicolon for grammar
  • "dedicated the track to his song, Miguelito" his son
  • Link Acapulco
  • Consider trimming down the current "Tour" section and expanding the Cómplices Tour article instead
  • Allmusic → AllMusic
  • "comparing the Manuel Alejandro's production" → comparing Alejandro's production
  • "Amorosi praised Luis Miguel's voice "albeit smoothly, with a richly earnest, romantic voice whose caramel-coated tones oozed perfectly through the grandest of strings and the slightest of Latin rhythms and in his native tongue." " clunky grammar
  • "In the US, Cómplices debuted and peaked at number 10 the Billboard 200 in the United States" clunky
  • "As of November 2015, Cómplices sold" had sold

Putting this on hold for seven days. Ippantekina (talk) 09:25, 20 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@Ippantekina Thanks for the review! In regards to Luis Miguel, that's his middle name, not his last name. See the review for Talk:Mis Romances. @Franlm14: could you take care of the tour section since you worked on that one? And feel free to address the other issues. Erick (talk) 14:34, 20 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Ippantekina I am requesting an extension as I have tested positive for COVID-19 and will be unable to make major edits for the rest of the week. Erick (talk) 22:27, 21 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Sure, ping me when you have recovered. Take care, Ippantekina (talk) 01:16, 22 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I think everything is addressed, what do you think? I'll spand more the Complices Tour article in the future, but I don't know which part should I trim in this article, I don't think is too long. The Amorosi part is a quote so, I just removed "and in his native tongue". Thanks for the review! @Ippantekina: Franlm14 (talk) 21:16, 23 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Franlm14: A grammatical error "He continues his Mexican tour with four concerts in the Telmex Auditorium of Guadalajara" (shouldn't this be in past tense?) then it's good to go. Ippantekina (talk) 02:39, 24 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Ippantekina: Done! Franlm14 (talk) 10:34, 24 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@AJona1992:, you've helped me trimmed the tour section of Amarte Es un Placer (album) before, which parts would you suggests taking out? Erick (talk) 15:09, 24 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@Magiciandude: Hey, I've trimmed the section. Feel free to add any content I have removed that you feel is important for the article. Best of luck on your GA! – jona 14:07, 25 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Now that you've brought me to attention to this article, may I ask why Luis Miguel is referred to simply as "Miguel" at Amarte Es un Placer (album) but "Luis Miguel" here? I understand Miguel is his middle name and don't see issues if we simply refer to him by "Miguel". Alas, this is not a point where I will object to this being promoted to GA. For the tour section, I would cut down the Chicago Sun-Times review to a one-sentence summary. Ippantekina (talk) 02:47, 25 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
