Globalize flag

[edit]

I only read the lead, and the lead might be more globalized than it appears, but the reader really can't tell without going beyond the text presented.

We need more text like this (at least):

NBIA, which operates in 40 countries, defines ...

Or:

In America, a very strong tradition of incubation exists, particularly in the high-tech communities of Silicon Valley and East Coast university towns such as Boston (later joined by large urban centers such as Houston or Atlanta or wherever), ... a diverse ecosystem of incubators, technology parks, and business development hubs has evolved ... with some formal distinctions under state and national law.

Readers should not be left guessing how much of this is sufficiently globalized, and where it falls short. — MaxEnt 21:22, 26 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
