POV in assessment?

The main article for Ambrose Burnside doesn't claim him to be poor military officer unlike this article? Also, the main article on Burnside actually mentions him being effective commander on smaller engagements. --TLein (talk) 07:24, 9 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Relevance of final section

The final subheading purports to describe the effect of the carbine's invention on Burnside's career, but no such argument or description is then offered.
