Proposed merge of Bonzwah Valley into Bunjwah

[edit]

"Bonzwah" is an alternate spelling of "Bunjwah," a tehsil and valley in Kishtwar district. Both articles refer to the same location; however, "Bunjwah" is the official name commonly used, while "Bonzwah" is the Kashmiri name for the area and is not used officially. It would be preferable to merge these articles and include valley-related information in the Bunjwah article. Lokpali (talk) 02:01, 2 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@Lokpali I lack the information to have a strong opinion, but I do have a mergist/redirectionist bias. If they're the same location, the articles should be merged. If they're not the same, they shouldn't be. I dream of horses (Hoofprints) (Neigh at me) 11:38, 2 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, they are the same. A simple Google search can show you the difference. Additionally, if you look at the citations, they also use 'Bunjwah' instead of 'Bonzwah.' Lokpali (talk) 14:44, 2 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
